  • Abruzzo

  • A.A Emidio Pepe / Naturale

We are located in Torano Nuovo, seas and mountains are the settings, giving a climate of the perfect balance between the marine flavour and the mountain freshness, which result in an ideal balance of the grapes between sugar and acidity. In the vineyard, the interventions are to the bare minimum by means of biological and biodynamic practices. The clayey-calcareous soil gives the vines a fruit that does not need to be added. Fermentation is carried out in concrete tanks with natural yeasts without the addition of sulfur dioxide and then refined in the bottle. Among its wines, we remember the Montepulciano d ‘Abbruzzo obtained from grapes of Montepulciano in purity coming from vineyards located on clayey soils worked with biodynamic methods. The grape harvest is manual with careful selection of the bunches, the destemming is done by hand with spontaneous fermentation. Bottled by hand without filtration, ageing in the bottle. Intense ruby red colour.

  • Luca Bevilacqua / Naturale

We are in Chieti where Luca Bevilacqua sommelier by profession decides to give life to the LAB project. Vineyards mainly of Montepulciano, Passerina and Trebbiano, which have never seen a gram of chemicals but only copper in small quantities when needed. A true garage owner who loves spontaneous fermentation, carbonic macerations and refinements in steel or fibreglass tanks. Among his wines, we remember the Rosè Lab, a fruity and juicy wine that comes from red grapes. A rosé obtained from maceration on the skins for one night. Pressed at the end of the morning of the following day. Refine a few months in fibreglass tanks. Without added sulphites.

  • Campania

  • Guido Marsella

It was born in 1995 in Summonte (AV), nestled in the Partenio park, about 800 meters above sea level. Summonte, thanks to its high altitude, its geographical position and its morphology, enjoys ideal pedoclimatic conditions for various crops. This ancient grape variety owes its origins to the Greeks, who imported the “vitis Apicia” variety into the Campania region and it seems that the first vines were planted in the locality of Lapio. The name Apicia derives from the typical scent and sweetness of the fruit that attracts swarms of bees to the vineyards, later it was changed with Apinia then Afia but to arrive later on the definitive Fiano.

  • Friuli-Venezia Giulia

  • A.A Borgo delle oche

The “Borgo delle Oche” farm, in Valvasone, consists of about 10 hectares of property in the Friuli Doc Grave area, 7 of which are vineyards. The company is strictly family-run and in the management of the vineyard, it uses only organic products for the defence against parasites and almost total biological defence against moulds. In 2019 the farm was included in the Vitae Guide and in the Slow Wine Guide, while in 2020 the classic method ‘Terra e Cielo’ sparkling wine was recognized with the DOC Friuli certification.

  • A.A Denis Montanar / Naturale

The Montanar Denis farm is located in Borc Dodòn, in the province of Udine. The sandy soil, composed of a mixture of silt and clay, gives the wine a typically fresh and mineral note. Since 1996 it has decided to adopt organic farming and to adhere to the “Renaissance du Terroir” protocol: any treatment with chemical compounds or synthetic substances is banned in the vineyard. Spontaneous vinification, with more or less prolonged maceration in open fibreglass or wood vats. No addition of selected yeasts, no clarification or filtration. Refinement can take place in steel tanks or wooden barrels.

  • A.A Stanko Radikon / Naturale

The harvest, manual in boxes, takes place only when the leaves turn yellow and the seeds inside the berries are ripe. The de-stemmed grapes ferments spontaneously in contact with the skins and after a variable period of maceration, they are aged in large barrels and then aged in the bottle. In particular, the S LINE, with the Slatnik and the Rs, see the addition of a small amount of sulfur before bottling.

  • Lazio

  • A.A Le Coste di Gradoli / Naturale

The Le Coste farm is located in Gradoli, in the province of Viterbo, near Lake Bolsena. Here the soils are of volcanic origin rich in iron and minerals that make the wines fragrant. Today Le Coste covers an area of about 14 hectares, Gianmarco and Clementine apply the principles of biodynamics to their plants. Le Coste stands out for their fruity and balanced wines such as Rosso di Gaetano and Primeur.

  • Palazzo Tronconi / Naturale

Palazzo Tronconi is located at the gates of Rome, in what is now Ciociaria; on the estate the ancient Arcesi vines, such as Lecinaro, Maturano Nero, Pampanaro, capolongo and Maturano Bianco, are cultivated in balance with the natural rhythms and according to the dictates of biodynamic agriculture. At Palazzo Tronconi we follow the breath of the earth, the rainy season and the time of the sun to recover the best balance between the action of man and the cycles of nature; we look at the soil as a real living organism, and, as such, we respect it, following its rhythms and its needs. The production of wine involves the elimination of as many disturbing elements as possible: chemical weeding, chemical fertilization, additions and forced stabilization in the cellar.

  • Liguria

  • A.A La Felce / Naturale

Andrea’s idea of viticulture is linked to traditional farming techniques, both in cultivation and in oenological practices, almost entirely abandoning technology to avoid distorting his wines. The soils on which the vines feed, much older than 50 years, are mainly sandy. Today Andrea has abandoned chemistry both in the vineyard and in the cellar, respecting himself, nature and those who drink his wine. The aim: to make wine return to being food for everyone and to be the guardian of history and territory. In particular, Il Monte dei Frati is a white wine with aromas reminiscent of the Mediterranean brackish and fruity with a pulpy, savoury mouth, with the right softness and great pleasure.

  • A.A Possa / Naturale

Along one of the most evocative paths of the Cinque Terre, which goes from the Possaitara valley to Canneto, there is the Possa winery, owned by Heydi Samuele Bonanini. If until few decades ago, despite the difficulties given by the extreme topography of the land, this area was entirely dedicated to viticulture, today it has become a “desert” at hydrogeological risk and with very few farmers to raise the vine on the slopes of vertiginous slopes.
In this landscape of breathtaking beauty, all the agronomic processes are long, tiring and complicated, from the construction of the terraces, with dry stone walls for more than two kilometers long, to the harvest, where the grapes are transported by boat or by monorail up the slope, up to the destemming, which in case of sciacchetrà is done by hand berry by berry after the drying.
Possa’s wines are unique and highly original, they tell the story of a heroic challenge made of sacrifices, willpower and tradition, that Heydi vintage after vintage proves to have fully won!

  • Lombardia

  • A.A Lino Maga / Naturale

We are in Oltrepò Pavese, in the municipality of Broni, Maga cultivates these centuries-old vines, without the use of chemical fertilizers and herbicides, using only a little sulfur and a lot of peasant common sense. The winery was founded in 1896 by Lino’s ancestors, and they named a hill where they had the vineyards, Barbacarlo, dedicating it to an old uncle called Carlo, in fact in the Pavia dialect “barba” means uncle Carlo. This red wine is obtained from the assembly of Croatina, Uva Rara and Ughetta, typical grapes of the Oltrepò Pavese, which are vinified in old oak barrels, without temperature control. Maturation takes place in the bottle, and if the fermentation has not been completely carried out in the barrel, it will bring with it a slight residual sugar.

  • Derbusco - Franciacorta

The baptism of this company took place in the spring of 2010 when the first bottles, disgorged at the end of 2009, were put on the market, thus beginning this new adventure. From the 12 hectares of land in Erbusco, 6 Franciacorta wines are produced, all dosed to a minimum and with much more yeast than required by the consortium’s regulations. All following the Solo Uva method, created in 2012 with the Brescian Enoconsulting team, which begins with harvesting the grapes when they are fully ripe and then soft pressing. The sugars naturally present in the must are then sufficient both for the first fermentation and for the frothing in the bottle.

  • Emilia Pennac / Naturale

The watchword in the vineyard is biodiversity, i.e. the coexistence of different animal and plant species, which together create a balance with their mutual relations. Mulching, green manure, maintaining grass cover until flowering to encourage useful insects such as bees and butterflies, working the soil only when necessary and not as a matter of course, reducing pesticide use to a minimum, preferring wherever possible strategies and products that stimulate the plant’s self-defence.

  • Franciacorta - Riccafana / Biologico

The winery in Franciacorta “La Riccafana”, owned by the Fratus family, who began wine production in the 1960s, cultivates 15 hectares entirely on the southern slope of Monte Orfano.
This is an area with peculiar characteristics, unique in the whole of Franciacorta: the soil is, in fact, calcareous-clayey, with a strong mineral and quartz matrix, and the microclimate is much less humid and rainy. This allows the grapes to ripen more fully and the concentrations to be higher, reduces the pressure of disease and gives our Franciacorta wines that distinctive flavour and drinkability.

  • Franciacorta - Spensierata / Biologico

Spensierata Franciacorta is the dream come true of Cristian Zaninelli and his wife Sara. The particularity of Spensierata wines is the location of the vineyards and their vines, which are spread over various areas of Franciacorta, with different vocational units: they are in fact located in seven municipalities with distinctive characteristics in terms of both soil and microclimate.
This choice makes it possible to have different types of bases that give rise to authentic wines. For the cultivation process, the company follows the phases of the moon and independently produces the organic substances necessary to nourish and care for the vines, also using biodynamic preparations.

  • Frecciarossa – Franciacorta / Biologico

Frecciarossa began selling its first bottles in 1924 and by February 1934 they were already being exported to the United States, helping to make Italian wines known. Margherita Odero joined her father after graduating as an agronomist in 1963, one of the first women in Italy, and turned the company around in 2000 with the help of first Giancarlo and then Gianluca Scaglione. In 2011 Valeria Radici, her daughter, joins her in Casteggio and from there they complete the relaunch of one of the companies that more than any other have made the history of the Oltrepò, certifying all production as organic from 2017 and working on the finesse of the vines such as Pinot Nero.

  • Oltrepò Pavese - Zerobosco

We are located in Oltrepò Pavese, more precisely in Valle Versa. The extension is made of seven vineyards having different characteristics with the common denominator of calcareous and sandy soils at about 300 meters above sea level. In the winery the vinification process begins in concrete tanks and ends with the aging process which will give the wine those fundamental principles of pleasure, taste, structure and pleasantness. Among the labels we were intrigued by Butòn made from pure Pinot Noir, a Brut Metodo Classico made with manual harvesting and selection of bunches, fermentation of must only and aging for 48 months on yeasts after remuage and disgorgement it ages for two more months before release.

  • Sullalli - Franciacorta

Sullali is a new way of conceiving Franciacorta. It stems from the idea of creating a product that fully reflects the qualities of an extraordinary land. The modern reinterpretation of the Ancestral Method allows this Franciacorta to re-ferment in the bottle using the residual sugars from the first fermentation. Sullali is made from carefully selected grapes, from which only the must produced by the softest pressing is taken. After the first fermentation and maturation in steel tanks, Sullali is bottled with specific yeasts for re-fermentation, without the addition of external sugars. It takes 24 months of ageing to achieve the distinctive characteristics of this Franciacorta. At disgorgement, a small addition of liqueur d’expedition, produced with a portion of the original wine, allows us to obtain an Extra Brut version and to maintain the fresh and citrus notes that define Sullali.

  • CANTINE - MARCHE

  • Tenuta Ca’ Sciampagne / Naturale

Ca’ Sciampagne is located in the immediate outskirts of Urbino. The average altitude of the estate is about 400 meters (1,640 feet), with main exposure to south: this position allows a precious alternation of air currents which make the vineyards almost exempt from the most common diseases. The winery is also managed according to the dictates of the organic system and works only with grapes of its own production; among the cultivated varieties there are Bianchello, Sangiovese, Chardonnay, Albana and Alicante. Moreover, the wines produced fully reflect the place of their birth, land of Renaissance, history and traditions. All wines are produced with the highest respect for tradition; fermentations are spontaneous and made exclusively with indigenous yeasts and there is no clarification or filtration. Only grapes and time, therefore, create the quality which characterizes the exceptionality of Ca’ Sciampagna wines; wines which, with their “natural” character, refer to the modus operandi and vivendi of their producers, who see in total craftsmanship and in the absence of alchemy in the cellar the right of everyone to drink a healthy wine.

  • Piemonte

  • A.A Carlo Viglione / Natuarle

In the vineyard, in Monforte d’Alba, no chemical intervention takes place, except for some treatment with sulfur and copper, only manual harvesting and fermentation activated thanks to the yeasts present on the plant, and then the whole process is finished in large oak barrels.

  • Borgo Maragliano

The 21-hectare vineyard rests on a natural terrace of sandstone marl at an altitude of 459 m, in the territory of Loazzolo, a prestigious cru on the border between the Langhe and Monferrato. Up there blows the marin, a sea wind that enhances the characteristics of these splendid grapes.

  • Cascina degli Ulivi / Naturale

Stefano Bellotti is remembered as one of the pioneers of natural wine, as well as an ambassador of biodynamic agriculture. His wines, all from spontaneous fermentation, without the addition of sulfur dioxide and outside the DOC, have restored value and dignity to the Cortese grape.

  • Cascina Fontana / Naturale

Cascina Fontana is a family-run winery located on the hills of the Langhe del Barolo. Starting from 2015 Mario started his first experimentation of vinification without added sulphites.

  • Morra Gabriele / Biologico

Gabriele and Stefano, starting from the grapes harvested exclusively by hand in their own vineyards, produce wines with the utmost respect for the vines and the environment in which they live and work every day; for the operations in the vineyard and in the cellar they follow, then, with great attention, the phases of the moon, the fermentations are spontaneous and the wines are neither filtered nor clarified. All their wines are not produced following fashions or market demands, rather they reflect, first and foremost, the tastes of Gabriele and Stefano, their way of being and thinking and their characters; the two, aware of having the opportunity to work with a unique heritage, have, in the end, accepted a challenge and intend to write a new chapter in the Piedmontese wine scene.

  • Parusso

In the area of Monforte d’Alba, with over 30 hectares of land, the Parusso-style Barolo, in line with tradition, can be drunk without waiting for distant times and places, combining longevity, freshness, fragrance, with great digestibility.

  • Poderi Cellario / Naturale

Poderi Cellario is a winery which exclusively works with autochthonous vines, whose wines perfectly express the grapes from which they derive. Socrè, in Piedmontese dialect zoccolaio. We are located in the Langhe, in the Barbaresco area. The Nebbiolo vineyards located between 250 and 300 meters above sea level, facing south-west with medium-high slopes, offer extraordinary results with fine and elegant wines that give their best after a few years. The texture of the soils, predominantly clayey, with a limestone base, is the ideal habitat for the Nebbiolo which expresses itself perfectly in these hills.

  • Puglia

  • A.A L'Archetipo / Naturale

The archetype is a company located in Castellaneta, at the foot of the Bari Murgia, since 2000, first with biodynamic and then synergistic practices DiBenedetto cultivates native vines such as Primitivo, Aglianico, Negroamaro, Fiano and Greco. In the cellar, built entirely of tuff, the primary objective is to leave the taste, aroma and color of the fruit unchanged; fermentation takes place exclusively by means of indigenous yeasts and filtrations do not take place.

  • Masseria Li Veli

Masseria Li Veli carries out its activities entirely in the cellar built with carparo, a light stone, similar to the Lecce stone. 33 hectares of the property are used for viticulture, in which the Apulian willow-headed sapling prevails, with three spurs of two buds, with a high plantation density. Primitivo has an intense, deep ruby red color, with purple hues. Intense, complex, rich, elegant bouquet. This wine is part of the Askos project dedicated to the research, selection and enhancement of the heritage of the indigenous Apulian vines in danger of extinction. The wines are produced exclusively with grapes from areas with a particular vocation.

  • Sicilia

  • A.A Arianna Occhipinti / Naturale

We are located in Vittoria at the foot of the Iblei Mountains, in Sicily. The 25 hectares of Frappato di Vittoria, Nero d’Avola, Albanello and Zibibbo vineyards are cultivated according to biodynamic practices respecting the vineyard, without the use of chemicals. Arianna Occhipinti’s “Siccagno” is a red wine made from Nero d’Avola grapes. Ages 6 months in Slavonian oak barrels. Dark ruby color. The nose reveals notes of dark fruit, such as plum, blackberry and currant, hints of tobacco, liquorice and myrtle.

  • A.A Pietradolce

The company is located in Solicchiata, on the north side of Etna. It is located at an altitude between 600 and 900 meters above sea level consisting of vines that have between 50 and 65 years of nerello mascalese mainly with a small part planted in Carricante, from a 120-year-old pre-phylloxera vineyard . Pietradolce’s philosophy is to respect the individual terroirs by vinifying the grapes separately, thus enhancing the smallest nuances. The loamy-sandy soils with abundant presence of mineral elements, a gift from Etna, give the wines unique peculiarities.

  • Elios / Naturale

Elios was born in 2015, the year in which Nicola, a computer engineer, and Guido, an enologist, found themselves having to decide about their future.
Both dissatisfied with their jobs, both tired of working for the dreams of others and both in love with natural wines, despite their different backgrounds, they decided to commit to Sicily, their homeland, in a farm, where they produce wine, but also extra virgin olive oil and honey.
The production of wine, in particular, has been focused, since the beginning, on a minimal intervention wine making process (without the use of chemicals or additives), starting from the grapes their respective parents used to sell to big wineries.
At present, Nicola and Guido’s vineyards are located in three different areas: Alcamo, Camporeale and Monreale.
In the area of Alcamo, 3 kilometers from the sea, Nicola and Guido cultivate grillo and zibibbo grapes which they use for the blend of their “”Modus Bibendi”” Bianco Macerato; it is a pretty windy and hot area and the harvest of both varieties is usually done towards the end of August.

  • Longarico / Naturale

Small natural wine production company born from the meeting of 2 friends Alessandro and Luigi. Thanks to the land in the mountains surrounded by the nature reserve “Bosco d’Alcamo”, the oenologist Alessandro and the passionate Luigi create the small company. With the 2016 we propose the second vintage composed of Nostrale: Catarratto aged in steel, Catartico: macerated Catarratto aged in chestnut tonneaux, Insolito: Syrah at 550 m asl and Nerello Mascalese aged in chestnut tonneaux.

  • Tenuta Feudo Montoni / Biologico

The 80 hectares of the property in the centre of Sicily all extend to the east from an altitude of 500 meters above sea level. up to 800 m; such a peculiar geographical exposure makes the lands of Montoni uncontaminated by environmental, acoustic and light pollution, thus creating ideal conditions for organic farming. Its white wines, including Grillo and Catarratto, mineral wines with a marked minerality.

  • Toscana

  • A.A Il Paradiso di Manfredi / Naturale

Il Paradiso di Manfredi is a small family business located on the north-facing side of the Montalcino hill. The vineyard, which covers about 2.5 hectares, rests on a soil rich in minerals of marine origin interspersed with stratifications of rock formed about 30 million years ago. For this reason, the use of any type of fertilizer is excluded. The wine comes from spontaneous fermentation in vitrified concrete vats thanks to the energy and complexity possessed by native yeasts and varies in denomination only based on the time it is spent in the barrel.

  • A.A Podere l’Aja

The L’Aja winery, located in Radda in Chianti, is a diamond in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, producing wines of great territorial character, elegant and mineral.
By developing a patrimony of old vines to which new plots have been added over the years, Chianti Classico is produced on 3 farms (Spanda, l’Aia and Chielle) which are spread around Radda in Chianti at an altitude of 500 m.
All the wines are the result of careful manual harvesting of the grapes, fermentation started with the farm’s own (natural) graft foot, long maceration, manual punching down and pumping over. Long refinement in wood and cement creates a strong confidence of our wines with air and oxygen, which is key in the classic style.

  • Caparsa / Biologico

Paolo is perhaps one of the last “vignerons”, with a lot of work in the vineyard which results in wines with unique and unmistakable acidity and with perfumes and tannins that are expressed at their best.  “Personal” and authentic wines, sometimes they may seem “rustic” at first taste but then over time they express the great elegance and strength of the Terroir di Radda.

  • Cosimo Maria Masini / Naturale

Cosimo Maria Masini winery is located in the hills of San Minato in the province of Pisa, in the heart of Tuscany. Vineyards extend for about 15 hectares on clayey soil of Pliocene origin, deep and rich in fossils, at about 100 meters above sea level, with ideal microclimatic conditions for vine. The varieties cultivated are those of the Tuscan viticultural tradition: Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Trebbiano, Vermentino, Malvasia Bianca e Nera, Buonamico, San Colombano and an almost disappeared native grape, Sanforte.

  • Guado al Melo

Michele Scienza is one of the most original interpreters of this territory, with elegant, fine wines with an extraordinary personality, which perfectly represent the “terroir” of Bolgheri.

  • I cavallini

On the one hand the extraordinary sea of the Argentario and the Tuscan archipelago, on the other the mysterious charm of the tuff lands with the villages clinging to the slopes of the ravines stretching out over the narrow valleys. Fine, mineral and deep wines where Vermentino and Morellino are perfect interpreters of this extraordinary and generous land.

  • La Rasina

We are in Montalcino, one of the most suitable areas for the production of Brunello and Sangiovese. The company is located on the north-east side of Montalcino and its vineyards have an average age between 10 and 40 years, all grown on a low spurred cordon.

  • Podere Le Ripi / Naturale

Today the estate has about 31 hectares of vineyards divided between the two Montalcinesi slopes, one to the west with sandy alluvial soils rich in the skeleton and the other to the east on calcareous marl without a skeleton. All the wines undergo a slow and delicate accompaniment in the cellar, where large vats and barrels of precious woods are used for both fermentation and refinement and then finish with harmonization in concrete; all this path aims to enhance the classicism of Sangiovese in Montalcino and the different facets of the vineyards.

  • Podere Sanguineto

The Poderi Sanguineto company was born back in 1958 when Federico Forsoni decided to buy the farms located between Montepulciano and Acquaviva in the province of Siena. He immediately fell in love with this corner of paradise, made up of 35 hectares of land on the hills of Acquaviva, and decided to move there. He then devoted himself heart and soul to his farm, raising cattle, producing cereals and a small quantity of wine for family use, until his death in 1983.
From that moment on, the farm passed into the hands of his daughter Dora who, having learned the art of wine-making from her father, began to take over the reins of the farm, transforming it over time into a wine production activity.
Dora dedicates herself to the cultivation of autochthonous vines such as Prugnolo Gentile, Mammolo, Malvasia, Trebbiano, Grechetto and Canaiolo nero.

  • Sesta di Sopra

Sesta di Sopra is a 44-hectare farm located south of Montalcino, 4 km from Castelnuovo dell’Abate. The farm has a favourable position for soil composition and microclimate. The careful family management has given particular importance to the planting of the vineyards, in order to follow the most modern viticultural techniques.
The vineyards, planted in the early 1990s with a selection of Sangiovese Grosso clones, are grown on medium-textured soils, tending to be calcareous, which give a reduced vigour to the plants with low production yields and high quality grapes.

  • Trentino-Alto Adige

  • A.A Foradori / Naturale

Foradori winery is located in Mezzolombardo in the middle of Campo Rotaliano, an alluvial plain formed by Noce river and surrounded by the vertical walls of Dolomite rocks. The winery was established in 1901, however the first wines bottled by the Foradori family date back to grandfather Roberto, in the early 1950’s. Thanks to the innovative ideas of Rainer Zierock and to the vision and tenacity of Elisabetta Foradori, the winery was able to gradually spread the autochthonous Teroldego grape. Today the whole family is involved: Emilio (the philosopher) as oenologist and agronomist, Theo (the political scientist) as popularizer and diplomat, Myrtha (the agronomist) as responsible for the production of vegetables. Elisabetta remains the top advisor and is in charge of Foradori’s agricultural diversification. The Foradori family handcrafts the 25.5 hectares of vineyards and deepens agronomic practices through the concepts of biodynamics. They know that they are temporary managers of a land that belongs to everyone and that they therefore have the responsibility to respect and protect it. They believe in agricultural diversification and independence, in the professional and human development of those who work.

  • Furlani / Naturale

Cantina Furlani is young and dynamic, a successful combination of tradition and avant-garde. Production remains totally artisanal and all the delicate stages of wine-making are carried out in-house. The farm has several hectares of vineyards, plots that reach 720 metres above sea level, partly on the slopes of the Vigolana and partly on the hills above the city of Trento, from which the grapes are used to produce natural, simple, refined wines with a strong personality. The grapes are cultivated and vinified with passion, always respecting nature, the environment and the animals.

  • Tenuta Strasserhof

The white wines of Strasserhof, in particular the Muller Thurgau and the Gewürztraminer, are characterized by the unmistakable stamp of the Isarco Valley where the aromas of the aromatic vines combine with the extraordinary elegance of the territory.

  • Toblino

Cantina Toblino is located near the beautiful and fascinating Lake Toblino. The Cantina’s vineyards have become a veritable open-air laboratory, where research and innovation in viticulture and winemaking lead daily to the achievement of new quality standards. In 2010 the Cantina began its journey towards the production of organic wine. A part of the vineyard was dedicated to natural cultivation: this is the largest organic plot in the region, and alone accounts for almost 10% of the organic area in the province of Trento.

  • Veneto

  • A.A MonBan

The Conegliano Valdobbiadene area is the elected land of Prosecco Superiore. A land as generous as difficult to work because of the conformation of its hills; steep grounds, on which cling vineyards which still today force men to practice a heroic viticulture, where every gesture is done strictly by hand.
The privileged position of the hills, between the Adriatic Sea and the Dolomites, ensures a unique combination from a microclimatic point of view: constant ventilation, perfect exposure to sunlight and the right temperature range. It is on these steep hills that the Glera vine has found its ideal habitat.

  • A.A. Musella

Musella is a fortunate and wonderful historic estate on the outskirts of Verona in the direction of the rising sun. Here the traditional vineyards of Corvina live by giving in exchange a pure, brilliant, jovial Valpolicella, traditionally to drink, as the Venetians like and also an austere Amarone that appears relaxed and available. The small toasted oak barrels slowly leave the cellar to give space to large oak barrels almost no longer toasted, to various concrete containers. Authenticity and respect are the values that reflect the wines of Musella, capable of telling their terroir in a unique way.

  • Costadilà / Naturale

Costadilà produces by following the agricultural techniques of the organic method, with the purely manual interventions of a viticulture respectful of the territory and of the environment, and works in the cellar according to tradition, with the sole help of the indigenous yeasts of its own grapes.
Wines are the result of the maceration of autochthonous white berried grapes, mainly Glera, Bianchetta Trevigiana and Verdiso. Refermentation of Costadilà wines is done exclusively in bottle. Wines 280 slm, 330 slm and 450 slm are the ones which best represent this philosophy and this style, where the hand of the winemaker accompanies the fruit of the vine in its natural path of growth. Their names derive from the altitudes of the vineyards of origin.

  • Filò delle Vigne

The winery is located in the commune of Baone (PD) (so called, it seems, because of some cults that were held there, in Roman times, in honor of Bacchus), south-east of Mount Cecilia, in the “heart” of the Regional Natural Park of Euganean Hills. Il Filò delle Vigne is located at an altitude of 50-200 m asl. The soils are stony with white flakes, calcareous, of sedimentary origin and transmit for their physical-mineral composition to the grapes and, therefore, to the wine particular elements of sapidity. The maturation of the wines is entrusted to oak barrels of the best “tonellerie”, in memory of an ancient and precious civilization.

  • Ombretta Agricola / Naturale

The Ombretta Agricola company, located at the mouth of the Piave river, was founded in 2016 with the aim of developing the tradition linked to the territories and agricultural culture of Treviso. The winery is led by the young winemaker Alex della Vecchia, who had the opportunity to work with Ernesto Cattel, founder and soul of Costadilà. Here, too, organic farming techniques are followed, with purely manual interventions of viticulture respectful of the territory and the environment, and work in the cellar according to tradition, with the only help of the indigenous yeasts of their grapes, without the addition of sulphites, filtrations or clarifications. The wines that Alex produces are the refermented Ombretta Bianco Mosso and a white wine macerated on the skins for a month.

  • Roberto Mazzi e Figli

We are located on the hills of Negrar, one of the five municipalities of the Historical Area of production of Valpolicella and Amarone wines, in the province of Verona, with over seven hectares of land. The vinification of the grapes distinguished by single “terroir” offers an extraordinary overview of Valpolicella.

  • Spagnol

The Spagnol winery was born in Colbertaldo di Vidor, in the Valdobbiadene area. The vineyards are spread over the hills and the most suitable slopes of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG production area. There are two vineyards that deserve great attention: the first, in Solighetto di Pieve di Soligo, glera, and the second, the “Col del Sas” vineyard, which gave the brand its name. The wines, especially the sparkling wines, are distinguished by their minerality and flavor.

  • Venissa

On the island of Mazzorbo, the Dorona di Venezia vine has found a magical balance between a suitable soil and the continuous threat of salt and water. A long maceration, almost extreme, which leads to a great structure and longevity of the wine. Following in the footsteps of rural tradition and inspired by the great reds, Venissa is a white wine with character, inextricably linked to its terroir. Only one hectare in the world of Dorona di Venezia and only 3500 bottles produced every year.

  • Vignalta

Vignalta winery is located in Arquà Petrarca, in the province of Padua. We are within the Euganean Hills area, a terroir of volcanic origin with a mixed composition, where each parcel is able to give identity and characteristic nuances. Within the Vignalta vineyards, which stretch over about 50 hectares of land, various white and red grape varieties are grown, including international ones, such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Nero, Syrah and Chardonnay. Vignalta boasts many awards behind it, among the most recent Gemola 2012 entered the Ais 2020 VITAE Guide with 4 screws.

  • Zamuner / Biologico

We are located in the province of Verona, in the Zamuner farm a total of 6 hectares of hilly land are cultivated with vines (5 hectares) and olives (Frantoio, Majolo and Leccino varieties) in clayey and calcareous soils of morainic origin where the cultivation method used is the guyot with a high planting density combined with a very low yield. Hence the decision to use the same liqueur d’expedition for all the Brut wines, so as to bring out the differences of each vintage, enhancing the purity of the fruit without excessively manipulating its characteristics.

  • Zanovello / Biologico

Ca ‘Lustra is set in a unique hilly landscape, on the southern slopes of Monte Venda, the highest Euganean hill, where the Faedo valley begins and opens up. The viticultural vocation of the Euganean Hills derives from their extraordinary geology, striking in the alternation of generous volcanic soils with much more arid marine sediments. For consistency, it has been chosen since 2008 to cultivate organically in an area that is, in addition to being a Natural Park founded in 1989, today also Biodistrict and candidate for MaB Unesco. In the large cellar under the bridge, we work according to the same principles: traditional vinification with spontaneous fermentation, no clarification and the use of sulphites reduced to a minimum.

  • Austria

  • Gruber Roschitz / Biologico

The Roschitz winery is located in the western part of the Weinviertel wine region. The 150 vineyards are located between 250-360 meters above sea level. The soils are shallow, dry and mainly rocky with the presence of granite, loess and crystalline substrate. The grapes ripen slowly, the yields are low, the rains infrequent, the days hot and the nights very cold. Result: guaranteed quality and guaranteed success. The cultivated varieties belong to the long and centuries-old winemaking tradition of Austria: Riesling, first of all, then Veltliner, Pinot Noir and in ever smaller quantities Merlot, Muskateller, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Zweigelt, Merlot and St. Laurent.

  • Hoch Kalkspitz / Naturale

The young Christoph Hoch, a rising star in the Kremstal, 2250 hectares of vineyards between the Kamptal and the Wachau, can draw on his family’s 370-year winemaking tradition and his work experience in Austria and Italy. His extensive geological knowledge has led him to adopt biodynamic viticulture in full compliance with the Demeter method. The vines, planted between 210 and 350 metres above sea level and protected to the west by the Dunkelstein forests, bring out subtleties and minerality, thanks also to the limestone and alkaline soil. Its wines, full of character, need time to mature and after ageing in large oak barrels are blended in three different vintages to offer a wine that is both complete and complex at the same time.

  • Taubenschuss

The wines of Taubenschuss are very linear and expressive, they have a strong character and it is possible to feel the differences between the individual vintages. The most representative wines are the Grüner Veltliner and the Pinot Blanc, produced in different types.

  • Weingut Muster / Naturale

We are located in Stria, in the southernmost part, on the border with Slovenia, this is where the Weingut Muster winery is located. In the steep rocky and clayey vineyards, at an altitude of about 450 meters, all the work is done manually. “Opok” is the most common clayey composition and from mineral and powerful wines, “Graf” recalls the steepest and most steep slopes where the vines, including Zweigelt, Morillon and sauvignon blanc. “Sgaminegg” is the line of wines produced from vines rooted in “Opok” but at a much higher altitude that is cooled by the winds of the Koralpe. The Strohmeier winery is located in Lestein, a small Austrian town nestled in the natural park of Styria. In the cellar, Franz follows the same philosophy adopted in the vineyard, spontaneous fermentation, no filtration or use of sulfur throughout the winemaking process. • Arnaud Lambert - Loira / Biologico

Yves Lambert, Arnaud’s father, founded Domaine de Saint-Just in 1996 at the age of 47 when he decided to change his life and return to his origins in the “Terres de Saumur”. His ambition, from the outset, has been to bring out the best in the individual terroirs of Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg in the heart of the Saumur Champigny appellation, for both grape varieties: Cabernet Franc and Chenin . In 2005 Arnaud joined his father in pursuing the same objectives. In 2009 he began the conversion to organic cultivation of the vineyard and also the “fermage” of the 8 different clos cultivated until then by Château de Brézé. After 8 years of separate management of the two Domaines, Arnaud decided to take a step forward and mainly promote the vineyards of his communes. Hence the decision to merge the Domaine de Saint-Just, the initial name decided by his father, and the Château de Brézé under a single name: Domaine Arnaud Lambert.

59.7% – 2001-2019 sherry wood finish – This is a surprisingly muscular and powerful whiskey, a bad boy! • Wilson & Morgan - GLEN MORAY

    30ml
    5,00€

48% – Very light whiskey in body and known for its floral and honeyed touch. It received an added level of fruity richness thanks to a twenty-month finish in second fill sherry casks. Only slightly vinous, it has developed notes of ripe peaches, apricots, red apples, and has achieved an excellent balance between the sweetness of malt and fruit, and the drier and spicier notes of sherry. It continues to maintain a gentle impact, but with an unexpected explosion of pepper in the finish, and even a slight and curious hint of rural aromas: moist pastures, leather, horse riding. Fragrant, very easy and caressing, but with a sassy twist.

42,6%-Kyro dark gin an elegant rye distillate.A perfect blend of botanicals, absolutely linked to the Finnish territory. Produced starting from a double distillation followed by a maceration of aromatic plants typical of the area such as holmeria, sea buckthorn, wild cranberry together with birch leaves and orange peel, “Koskue” is left to mature for several months in small barrels. The passage in the barrel brings not only vanilla notes but above all hints of honey, orange and pepper that gently combine with the notes made by oak wood.
