Allirreug
DDH API Treatment® - 8,5%
Guerrilla backwards. Read it slowly, and while you do, think about what would happen if bees disappeared. That’s the starting point.
Brewed once a year, exclusively with the first seasonal honey from the 40 beehives on our Farm, Allirreug is a DDH IPA that takes Guerrilla’s double hopping into more complex territory. Tropical hop varieties in dry hop create an explosion of pineapple, mandarin, and grapefruit, while the raw honey from the Farm builds a full body and an unexpected softness. The finish is dry, with a persistent aftertaste of resin and fruit. Sweet at the beginning, sharp at the end.
Three years ago we placed our first beehives. Today we count 40. API Treatment®, the project born from this beer, received an honorable mention in the DDH IPA category at Birra dell’Anno, the most important beer competition in Italy. It’s the result of a concrete agricultural choice, not a slogan.
Aspettando il Tram
Next stop IPA
Padua is digging, building, reinventing itself. New tracks, construction sites everywhere, and that strange feeling of a city that is no longer what it was yesterday but not yet what it will be tomorrow.
European cities are reshaping their streets, betting on public transport, cleaner air, and a different urban rhythm. The tram isn’t nostalgia — it’s the future returning in a new form. Waiting for the Tram was born from this very suspended moment, from that involuntary pause when you look at construction sites and think that, in the end, it might be worth it.
It’s an IPA with a rather unique hop blend: Amarillo, El Dorado, Cashmere, and Citra, together with the hops we grow on our Farm.
Local and international at the same time — a bit like the cities we love.
It’s the beer that redesigns the wait for the tram!

2026
DDH IPA - 7,0%
Our year-end speech could have begun and ended with “Fuck 2025,” but we’d rather raise a glass to 2026.
This year we chose three hops: Nectaron, Riwaka, and Citra. They’re the ones we appreciated the most in the Perfect series and in several Limited Releases, especially in the beer celebrating Crak’s first 10 years.
Nectaron delivers an intense exotic fruit bouquet, with notes of peach, mango, and papaya. Riwaka brings freshness and a citrusy splash of lime and passion fruit, with a delicate herbal finish to balance a firm bitterness without losing harmony. Citra, on the other hand, is the classic hop we never want to give up—explosive with hints of citrus and tropical fruit.
We wish you a 2026 without industrial beer

Mansueto 2025
Barley Wine - 13,0%
2025 has been an extraordinary year for our Cellar: the barrels underwent a long aging process—4 years in Scotch Whisky barriques, 3 years in Rum casks, and 4 years in Château Margaux barrels—resulting in a unique and complex blend.
The amber color has grown deeper and more intense, while the nose reveals aromas of ripe fruit, figs, and plums, enriched by hints of honey, sweet spices, and fine wood. On the palate, the structure is more vigorous than the 2024 vintage: layers of caramel, vanilla, and cocoa merge with subtle toasted notes, while the finish unveils a more pronounced, warm, and enveloping spiciness.
This vintage stands out for its balance, structure, and power, offering an intense and unmistakable sensory experience that captivates from the very first sip.
Mansueto 2024
Barley Wine - 13,0%
2024 was a year of significant temperature fluctuations in our cellar, which helped concentrate aromatic compounds and impart unique characteristics, especially to the wine, Port, and Rum Caroni barrels. These are the barrels we primarily used to craft Mansueto 2024. Its deep amber color is accompanied by rich aromas of ripe fruits like figs and plums, with hints of honey and sweet spices. On the palate, layers of caramel and vanilla are enhanced by notes of oak, cocoa, and a delicate toastiness. The finish is long and harmonious, with the unmistakable spicy kick that is even more pronounced than in previous vintages, making this year’s release truly exceptional in structure, balance, and intensity.

Three hectares of anthropic Glera grape vineyard with integrated farming within our Crak Farm, our Tenuta Bembo.
We aim to mark time with a new and unique idea: the cultivation of a Glera grape vineyard surrounded by a 6-meter-high hop field. This way, we should achieve a balance between shade and light, bringing our prosecco to an aromatic complexity and an intensity unparalleled in the DOC designation.
Prosecco DOC Brut
11,0%
Prosecco DOC characterised by 100% Glera grapes from 2022 vintage. From this extremely dry vintage, we harvested grapes that were perfectly healthy and concentrated in flavour and aroma.
We obtained a pale straw yellow sparkling wine, with a fine, dense and persistent perlage.
Delicate and complex olfactory texture, fruity of rennet apple, white peach; floral of lime blossom and wisteria with herbaceous notes of sage
The sip is quite dry and is supported by a balanced acid shoulder and a slight sapidity.
Prosecco DOC Brut Nature 2022
11,0%
Prosecco DOC Brut nature, also called zero dosage; characterised by 100% Glera grapes from 2022 vintage. From this extremely dry vintage, we harvested grapes that were perfectly healthy and concentrated in flavour and aroma.
We obtained a pale straw yellow sparkling wine, with a fine, dense and persistent perlage.
Delicate, complex and fine olfaction with floral notes of jasmine and white carnation, fruity notes of crisp pear, white peach; with small herbaceous notes of herbs.

Guerrilla® is our manifesto and these punches represent it.
We opened the doors of our Brewery in 2015, and since that day we have been doing what our Guerrilla® beer urges us to do every day: fight for what we believe in because “anything is possible”, you just have to find the right way to go with the means you have. ✊
We have collaborated with Koes in the past when we asked him to design a label, Guerrilla®, that would represent all people, regardless of gender or race, encouraging them to fight for what they believe in, a bit like we did with Crak.

CRAK BEER FIGHT
A new collaboration beer. This time we made it “in-house.”
We put the two teams from our venues — the TapRoom in Campodarsego and Casana in Padua — head to head. The goal? To create a beer that represents their identity, their style, and above all, the tastes of the people who live and fill the venue every day.

TapRoom

Intense aroma of lime and lemon, hints of melon.

Mansueto Riserva 2024 - Château Margaux
Château Margaux Barley Wine - 14,0%
Captivated by its character, we decided to use it in its pure form, without any blend.
We wanted it to convey the same emotion we felt at the very first tasting, allowing every nuance of its unique profile to emerge.
This is Mansueto Riserva 2024 Château Margaux, born from a single French oak barrique from Château Margaux.
For three years, the beer rested in this cask, which generously imparted elegance, depth, and aromatic notes of wine and wood.
It was then allowed to further evolve in the bottle for 12 months, so that every aroma could merge into a more mature and refined balance.
Each bottle of Mansueto Riserva 2024 Château Margaux is hand-packaged and enclosed in the unmistakable wooden Cantina boxes.
Mansueto 2021
Barley Wine - 14,0%
The moment when our Barley Wine is born is a magical moment. It is that moment when we select the best barrels to create the perfect blend and give birth to the new Mansueto vintage.
In 2020 many casks still had a lot to give to our Barley Wine and we made the painful decision to “deprive” ourselves of the 2020 Mansueto to get to the “2021” and create one of the best Mansueto’s ever. Dense and enveloping, every sip is a journey and a discovery for the palate.

Mansueto 2019
Barrel Aged Barley Wine - 13,5%
A complex, intense blend of Barley Wine-style beers. Ageing that goes from two to three years in different barriques of our cellar, which have imparted their extraordinary and unique character, patiently and slowly refining the gustatory and aromatic profile.
Mansueto 2022
Barley Wine - 13,5%
The year 2022 also “gave us” a great vintage for our Mansueto.
After periodic tastings throughout the year that gave us high hopes for a major vintage, in the last few weeks the tastings from the different barrels, of Rum, Wine, Bourbon and Whisky, have become tighter in order to recreate that moment, magical for us, of the creation of the new Mansueto 2022 vintage that we look forward to arriving in your hands to finally taste.

Mansueto Riserva 2019 - Caroni Rum
Caroni Rum Barley Wine - 13,0%
This is Mansueto 2019 Reserve Caroni rum, our Barley Wine aged 3 years in this magical Caroni rum barrel then aged for a further 24 months in the bottle to soften the overbearing character that the rum has given to this beer. The result is surprising. Hints of red fruits and coffee give way to a pleasant alcoholic warmth that closes with enveloping aromas of caramel, ripe fruit and sultanas. This is a very rare barrique, just as rare as Caroni rum is that carries with it a story worth reading, told directly by the person who discovered this incredible rum. Mansueto Riserva 2019 - Scotch Whisky
Scotch Whisky Barley Wine - 13,0%
This is Mansueto 2019 Torbata Reserve Scotch Whisky, 3 years in Ardmore barrels and 24 months of bottle ageing to soften and blend the powerful and complex sorbate notes.
The result is unique. The peaty nose gradually gives way to dried fruit, caramel, honey and vanilla.
Warm, full-bodied and enveloping in the mouth with a pleasant aftertaste returned

Mansueto Riserva 2018 - Bourbon
Barrel Aged Barley Wine - 13,0%
When we created Mansueto 2018, two barrels in particular struck us for their uniqueness: a French Premier Cru Château Margaux oak barrel and an American Bourbon barrel.
Enraptured, we decided to use them in purity, not to employ them in any blend. So that you can relive the same emotion that we felt when we first tasted them, and to fully enjoy all their unique character.
A single, single barrel selected from those in our Cellar imparted all the incredible character and elegant softness of Bourbon. Mansueto 2018 Bourbon Reserve is a Barley Wine style beer aged 2 years in an American Bourbon barrel. Maturation in wood was followed by 10 months of bottle ageing.
On the nose and palate, the voluptuous honeyiness of Bourbon and round vanilla notes accompanied by fine spicy notes emerge. From the full and never cloying sweetness of dark, dehydrated fruit, and the decisive ones of nuts where the woody veins insinuate themselves giving great complexity.
The bottles of Mansueto 2018 Bourbon Reserve are packaged by hand, in small wooden boxes.
Dedicated to a special person who passed away a few years ago, our dear carpenter Mansueto.
Mansueto made all the barrel supports for our winery by hand, sharing with us his passion for wood and for things made with his hands.

Coda di volpe 2024 DOC
13.0%
A straw-yellow wine with golden hues. On the nose, notes of white fruit and aromatic herbs, pleasant freshness and ripe fruit flavors, with remarkable persistence.
TENUTA SOLOFRANA: Our Coda di Volpe vineyards are located 35 km from the sea, at an altitude ranging from 325 to 650 meters above sea level.

Abundantly hopped with Motueka, the nose releases all its sweet and intense tropical aroma and a delicate citric. In the mouth it is round. Sweet fruity aromas (mango, peach, melon) that shift the rather strong alcoholic body to the background, while the bitterness is soft and well balanced by the fruity and malty note.

Distillato Crak
42%
We have designed and crafted a bespoke recipe.
A very fragrant hoppy beer with mild bitterness, distilled by Distilleria Capovilla — a historic company based in Rosà (Vicenza), recognized as one of the finest distilleries in the world.
The double distillation of the beer is carried out in a bain-marie at a low temperature, preserving the vibrant aromatic profile of the original product. Afterward, the CRAK Distillate rests in steel vats, a maturation process that softens its aromatic and flavor profile.
CRAK Distillate boasts scents of pear, flowers (violet), almonds, and marzipan, with a hint of honey and citrus. It has a vibrant, warming spirituous character and can also be used as a base for crafting cocktails.
“Distilling is not simple; it’s an art built on knowledge, patience, skill, and imagination.” – G. Capovilla
Distillato di Crak - 3 anni
Distillato di birra - 46%
For our second collaboration with the “Capo,” we had to wait for three years, but today we can finally uncork the Crak Distillate aged for 3 years.
We created a hoppy and highly aromatic beer with almost no bitterness, which was then distilled by the “Capo” at the Capovilla Distillery: a historic company in Rosà (Vicenza), recognized as one of the best distilleries in the world.
After the double distillation using a water bath at low temperatures, preserving the lively aromatic characteristics of the initial product, the Crak Distillate refined its character by spending three years in oak barrels.
Mundaka Zero
Alcohol Free Session IPA - <0,5%
We have made our Mundaka, we have “extracted” 4.6 degrees of alcohol and created Mundaka Zero, our first non-alcoholic beer, even more citrusy with a crisp finish that tastes of cereal and delicately bitter.

Agrumata
Agrumata Baladin is the perfect mix of all-Italian citrus fruits! Born from the combination of the flavors of classic Italian citrus, Agrumata is a refreshing and thirst-quenching soft drink.
Agrumata is made using a 100% natural process, with no added colorings or preservatives.
Spuma Nera
Spuma Nera (or “scura,” as it used to be called) could be considered the “mother” of chinotto. To make this drink, we started from the traditional recipe, which, based on the citrusy chinotto, included the use of rhubarb root (only the pink part), an infusion of orange peel, and vanilla.
