TapRoom is the heart of CRAK, the brewery space where we serve all the beers we produce and all the products from our farm.
You can enjoy all our beers on tap or take them home in cans, while savoring Briciola and everything on our kitchen menu.

Is it your first time at TapRoom?
Crak TapRoom is a laid-back and relaxed place. It can get quite busy, especially on weekends and holidays, so we recommend visiting during the week to fully enjoy our TapRoom and all our beers in total relaxation. You might even enjoy a game of pool or a round of Corn Hole.
No reservation is needed to visit TapRoom. However, you can book our surprise tasting menu, which we recommend for trying everything on our kitchen menu, or reserve a table by 9:30 PM and order from the à la carte menu. After 9:30 PM, we don’t take reservations, entry is free, and there’s plenty of space to welcome everyone.
After dinner, the lights dim, the music goes up, and TapRoom transforms into a party spot.
THE BEERS WE BREW
All the beers we brew are served with one goal in mind: maximum freshness. You’ll find them available:
• On tap, with 24 options in the winter TapRoom and 18 in the summer TapRoom.
• In cans, designed and canned to be enjoyed straight from the can.
All the beers from our Cantina line, which are barrel-aged for varying lengths of time.
For a complete experience, the Crak Beer Experience is available, a tasting of 6 beers in Taste format, to get to know all the beer styles we brew.
THE BRICIOLA THAT GOES CRAK

The crust is crunchy and noisy. The inside is fragrant and airy.
We prepare it every day with our high-hydration dough, using locally sourced stone-ground flours and a long 36-hour fermentation.
All ingredients are handled fresh, and many are grown on our Farm.

We offer Briciola in three versions:

THE WINES WE PRODUCE
On tap and in bottles, we serve the results of our vineyards at Tenuta Bembo and Tenuta Solofrana.

• TENUTA SOLOFRANA: Coda di Volpe
To give you the best possible experience and enjoyment, we serve our wines exclusively by the bottle. If you don’t finish the bottle? You can take it home.
THE SPIRITS WE PRODUCE
Yes, we also produce our own spirits. The Crak Distillery project was born from historic collaborations with Priscilla of the Nannoni distillery and the “Boss,” Capovilla.
A TAPROOM FOR EVERY SEASON
Winter TapRoom
During the winter months, the long bar in our TapRoom becomes a focal point for gathering, chatting, and sharing ideas. It’s a warm and welcoming space with over 200 seats and a pool table available for a game while sipping on a freshly brewed Guerrilla.
Summer TapRoom (Garden)
In the summer months, we transform the TapRoom by opening the “Garden.” In the large garden (about 1500 sqm) of our brewery, we’ve created a cozy area with over 200 seats. You can enjoy our beers outdoors and under the stars during the warmer months, maybe even playing a game of Corn Hole (for those unfamiliar with this game, you can find the rules here). In case of rain, we open the indoor TapRoom.
Garage
Our TapRoom also includes the Garage: a dedicated space occasionally used for Collaboration Fests, cinema, theater, concerts, or any other event to enjoy together.
