How to Book
To confirm the booking, you must enter the details of a credit, debit, or ATM card as a guarantee. The booking is only confirmed after receiving the “Booking Confirmation” email.
If you do not receive the email, unfortunately, the booking was not successful and must be made again.
Reservation Confirmation and Guarantee
To confirm your booking, you’ll need to provide credit card details as a guarantee. This helps us manage reservations effectively and avoid any inconveniences.
How to Cancel or Modify a Reservation
It is possible to modify or cancel the reservation without any charges to your credit card by 5:00 PM on the day of the booking through
• the button in the confirmation or reminder email.
You can request changes to a reservation by:
• Replying to the booking confirmation email.
• Writing to us at trattoria@crakbrewery.com.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
If you need to change or cancel your reservation, we kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible, or by 5:00 PM on the day of your booking, to ensure the best service for all our guests.
In this regard, we would like to inform you that:
• Cancellations or reductions in the number of guests after 5:00 PM on the same day of the booking will incur a €10 charge per person.
• No-shows or cancellations made after the reservation time will incur a €30 charge per person.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notifying us via a reply to the booking confirmation email will be considered a no-show.
Waitlist
If you do not find availability for your desired date, we invite you to keep checking the website. You can join the waiting list exclusively by using the link below the calendar. You will only be contacted if a table becomes available.

The menu you see online is updated just prior to service to ensure we present only dishes made with the freshest ingredients of the day.
2. What is the maximum capacity of a single table?
Our largest table accommodates up to 8 people. For larger groups, please contact us here.
3. Can I bring my dog to the restaurant?
Absolutely, dogs are welcome! Please mention this in the notes when booking so we can ensure a suitable spot for you.
4. How can I request a highchair for my child?
Include the child in the total number of guests when booking and specify the need for a highchair in the additional notes.
5. Where can I indicate food allergies or intolerances?
You can share any special requirements in the “Notes” field during booking or by replying to the confirmation email.
6. What kind of dishes are on your menu?
Our menu is plant-based and follows the seasonality of ingredients.
7. How can I modify an existing reservation?
To change the time or number of guests, reply to our confirmation email. To change the date, you’ll need to cancel your current booking and make a new one.
8. I don’t have a credit card. How can I book?
A credit card, debit card, or prepaid card is required to confirm the reservation.
