Life is Calimax – 2022
For the second year running, we are able to select our friend Lencho’s Calimax coffee directly from Guatemala.
Lencho has a coffee plantation in Guatemala, in Acatenanango.
The coffee arrives ‘green’ then, thanks to the skill of Michele di Caffettin (Treviso), it is roasted to bring out its qualities and aromas. It is a creamy coffee, with hints of red fruit and chocolate.
This is Calimax 2022, a Speciality Coffee Stout that smells of freshly picked berries and morning roast coffee.
We also have a small quantity to try in the cup with your espresso machine, you can find it here in our Dispensa agricola.
Calimax is the watchword of our friend Lencho who lives in Guatemala.
What does Calimax mean? Life is Calimax and must be lived Calimax.
We could use a thousand words to describe and narrate this project but we would never be able to express the positivity of those who live the Calimax life as Lencho does with a smile always at hand.
