Finest Beer Selection 2023

We are proud to announce that Guerrilla® and Giant Step have been recognized as the best beers during the Finest Beer Selection 2023.

After being awarded as the Best Brewery in Italy 2023, this significant recognition at the international level has arrived.

Unlike traditional beer competitions, the Finest Beer Selection doesn’t aim to compare beers within their respective categories. Instead, this concept focuses on the approach of sensory evaluation of excellence.

During the blind tasting, an international jury of 50 experts analyzed and assessed the beers individually, independently, and without ranking them against other beers. In the two-stage tasting process, the jury first created an aromatic description for each beer, known as the “Finest Beer Profile,” represented as a spiderweb diagram.

The “Finest Beer Score” is based on a transparent scoring system ranging from 1 to 100. Only the best beers, with a score of 90 or more, make it into the exclusive Finest Beer Selection of the year.
