When was it kegged on?

In a menu there must be an indication of fresh or frozen fish, in a wine list there must be an indication of the year it was bottled, why should we not know when beer was kegged on?

The date when the beers was kegged on is much more important than the expiration date and it is the only one that lets you know how “fresh” a beer is.

From the beginning we had a clear idea of what the key word for our beers was, FRESHNESS.

Our hopped beers have a shelf-life of 5 months during which, if kept refrigerated, they guarantee maximum freshness and quality.
Each of our kegs has a tap badge, displayed on tap, with the date of the day it was kegged on. In this way, you can know the “age“, how fresh our beers are.

To the pubs that have our beer on tap we are giving the coasters “Infustata il” where the date of kegged on.

The “Infustata il” coaster is one more weapon we have against old beers.
