“A cena con Mansueto”

Tasting path with six courses designed and prepared by our kitchen combined with six different Mansueto, two vintages and four exclusive reserves.

 

Menu:

-First course:

Fegatini pate with the fragrance of Mansueto 2021 on Briciola.
We will pair Mansueto 2021.

-Second course:

Spaghettone Dispensa Agricola Crak with Carbonara sauce and Acqualagna white truffle.
We will pair Mansueto 2017 and Casana Metodo Classico 2018.

-Third course:

Wagyu Kamiciku beef seared on Briciola.
We will pair: Mansueto Riserva Château Margaux 2019 and Via Dei Colli Metodo Classico 2018

-Fourth course:

Patanegra pork cheek braised in Amarone, porcini mushroom puree, Gorgonzola cream.
We will pair: Mansueto Riserva Scotch 2019.

-Fifth course:

Slightly spicy dark chocolate mousse, Maldon salt flakes.
Paired with: Mansueto Riserva Rum 2019.

-Sixth course:

Madagascar black chocolate.
We will pair: Mansueto Single Barrel tapped directly from the cask of origin.
