Giotto was born as a challenge with Pasticceria Giotto: ‘Let’s bet we can make a beer with your panettone that really tastes like panettone… Giotto?’
The result? The stout with panettone that truly tastes like panettone—not just any panettone, but Panettone Giotto—won gold as the best beer in its category at Birra dell’Anno 2024 (cat. 45).
After an additional year of aging in the bottle, the new edition of the beer in collaboration with Pasticceria Giotto from the Padua Prison is now available: Giotto 2023.
