It’s our “crispy” and aromatic beer, brewed with hops from our Farm in a balanced dry-hop that enhances — without ever overpowering — the character of a Pils.

/Why do we think Pizzapils is the perfect beer to pair with pizza?

To create this beer, we selected a hop with citrus notes that add freshness, perfectly balancing the sweetness of tomato and the savoriness of cheese. Its light yet “crisp” body, supported by a gentle bitterness that gives freshness, cleanses the palate between bites, pairing perfectly with the wide range of flavors pizza can offer.

Creating a simple beer with such a complex goal — pairing with the infinite expressions pizza can take, a dish we love — was a long process filled with pressure. Working to enhance something you love so much means not wanting to spoil the goodness of the dish, and this made our mission even more challenging. However, the final result was extremely rewarding.
