A pupil of Dave Van Ronk (former mentor of Ramblin’ Jack Elliott and Bob Dylan), who produced his debut album, Chris trained in the Village of the golden age and has appeared on stages with various prestigious songwriters (Richie Havens, Dave Van Ronk, Arlo Guthrie, Bert Lee, Eric Frandsen, Ramblin’ Jack Elliot, etc.).

His style is particularly distinguished by his particularly elaborate and virtuosic fingerpicking technique, developed from Van Ronk’s teachings, which allows him to handle bass, accompaniment and solos simultaneously.
