Life is Calimax – Special Guest Lencho

For the fifth consecutive year, Calimax coffee comes to the brewery.

Five years of harvests, impatient waits, and packages arriving from Guatemala still carrying the scent of earth and sun. Five years of that project our friend Lencho calls, with his usual contagious smile, the Capezzolo Project.

Every year, we eagerly wait for the green beans to cross the ocean and arrive at the brewery, ready to be roasted by Michele from Caffettin. He listens to the coffee as one listens to a story — with respect and curiosity. His delicate roasting brings out every nuance, transforming the beans into a tale of aromas that ends up in our Calimax.

This year, however, is different. It’s the fifth harvest, a small milestone that reminds us how much this adventure has grown with us. And it will be even more special because Lencho is coming from Guatemala to pour the first Calimax 2025 with us, in TapRoom and Casana.

We can’t wait to enjoy a Calimax with all of you — and with our friend Lencho, whose passion reminds us every year why this project is so important.

Calimax is not just a beer or just a coffee: it’s a bond, a ritual, a renewed promise to live fully, with a smile — to live a Calimax life.

When?

Friday, November 7th, at the sound of the bell, we’ll drink the first Calimax 2025 with Lencho:

  • 6:00 PM in TapRoom

  • 10:00 PM in Casana

  • Also available in our online shop and in the best pubs/venues across Italy that work directly with us

Will there be more with Calimax coffee?

Calimax coffee is the star of our Coffee Specialty Stout, but it’s not alone. You’ll also find it:

  • In the gin & tonic with Gink, made with Calimax coffee among the botanicals

  • As 200g roasted beans, perfect for filter brewing but also excellent for espresso
