For the third consecutive year, we announce the arrival of Lencho’s beloved Calimax coffee in our brewery.

This Specialty coffee hails from Guatemala, in its initial stage known as “green,” and is then meticulously roasted by Michele of Caffettin, a master in the art of roasting. Together with Michele, we’ve selected the perfect roast level to enhance every characteristic of Calimax coffee, and we’ve brought it directly to the brewery to create Calimax 2023: a 6.5% Speciality Coffee Stout.

Calimax is much more than a name; it is the life spirit of our friend Lencho, who resides in Guatemala. What does Calimax mean? It means that life is Calimax and should be lived to the fullest, just as Lencho does, always with a smile ready to brighten his face.

And this year, we are delighted to announce that Lencho will be with us to present the new vintage of Calimax.
