Allirreug was born as an invitation to fight in defense of bees and pollinators, who ensure access to food for all humans and much of the world’s living beings.
Because if reading Guerrilla® backward is difficult, just imagine the challenges of living in a world disrupted by their absence.
Allirreug is the spark that ignited a project of which we are truly proud: API Treatment®, our natural treatment that allows us to maximize the selected hops we use.
We have customized our facility to be able to use high quantities of hops alongside reduced doses of honey during specific stages of production. This treatment not only enhances the scents and flavors of the hops, but, according to sensory analyses and laboratory tests, could also significantly extend the lifespan of our beers. It’s a potentially revolutionary change.
We strongly believe in API Treatment® and the project has been providing us with countless insights for further reflection and work. We are eager to see the upcoming results and to share them with you… in cans.
We package all our API Treatment® beers with the “golden cap,” which has become a symbol of this treatment on our cans, along with the logo that first appeared on our Allirreug.
