Release Pasta Pils

We’ve made a new collaboration with our friends at 3 Sons Brewing Co.

It’s an extra dry-hopped pilsner, with the addition of spaghetti.

How did this collaboration come about?

At the 3 Sons festival, while we were pouring our beers, together with Corey, the head brewer at 3 Sons, we came up with a collaboration inspired in part by the Pizzapils recipe, which had really excited them! A few months later, Pasta Pils was born.

But is there actually pasta in the beer?

Yes — specifically, spaghetti were added. Dry pasta, during the boil, can release starches that ferment into malty notes, making the beer even crispier.

When will it be available?

From Sunday, January 18th:
