Pork ribs marinated with Crak BBQ sauce and cooked sous-vide for 36 hours at 63°C, served with Chimichurri sauce.
Artisanal sausage from F.lli Scapocchin.
Yellow pepper roasted with Crak Italian Whisky, yellow polenta, and French fries.
