On tap

Mansueto 2024 (+info):

2024 was a year of major temperature swings in our cellar, which helped concentrate the aromatic compounds and give unique characteristics—especially to the barrels previously used for wine, Port, and Rum Caroni.

These are the barrels we mainly used to create Mansueto 2024.

A deep amber color introduces rich aromas of ripe fruit like figs and plums, with touches of honey and sweet spices. On the palate, layers of caramel and vanilla meet hints of oak, cocoa, and a gentle roast. The finish is long and harmonious, with the signature spicy warmth that stands out even more this year, making this vintage unique for its structure, balance, and intensity.

Mansueto Riserva Château Margaux 2023 (+info):

During the barrel selection for Mansueto 2024, two barrels stood out so much that they earned the title Mansueto Riserva 2024: one ex–Château Margaux and one ex–Rum Caroni.

Both were bottled directly from the barrel, unblended, then aged one year in bottle.

This is Mansueto 2023 Riserva Château Margaux, aged for three years in the prestigious French barrels from Bordeaux’s Premier Cru, Château Margaux, followed by 12 months of bottle conditioning to refine every aroma and nuance.

Mansueto Riserva Rum Caroni 2023 (+info):

As with the Château Margaux, Mansueto 2023 Riserva Rum Caroni was aged for three years in rare and precious Rum Caroni barrels, then matured for 12 months in bottle to allow every aromatic and sensory note to reach its peak.

This is a truly rare barrique, just like the Caroni rum itself—carrying a story worth being told by those lucky enough to experience this extraordinary spirit.

In Jeroboam

Saturday at 6:00 PM, we’ll open one of the very few bottles we reserve for truly special occasions:

Jeroboam of Mansueto Bourbon Riserva 2018 (+info):

When we created Mansueto 2018, two barriques stood out for their exceptional character: one French oak Premier Cru Château Margaux and one American Bourbon barrel.

We decided to keep them pure, unblended — to let you relive the same emotion we felt at first taste and enjoy every bit of their distinctive personality.

A single barrique selected from our cellar imparted the incredible character and elegant smoothness of Bourbon.

Mansueto 2018 Riserva Bourbon is a Barley Wine aged for two years in an American Bourbon barrel, followed by ten months of bottle maturation.

The result is a voluptuous honeyed bouquet, rounded vanilla notes, gentle spice, and the balanced sweetness of dark and dried fruit, with hints of nuts and wood grain weaving in to create great depth and complexity.
