Release Lamponi Gose and Tropical Gose

We have created two new Goses using the Sour Kettle method: we inoculated selected lactobacillus, then added fruit puree and fermented them with our yeast. Raspberry Gose with raspberry puree and Tropical Gose with passion fruit, guava, and pineapple.

Two refreshing drinks with the typical acidity and salinity of Goses.

When will it be available?

From Thursday, June 17th, it will be available in our shop online, in TapRoom and in Casana for take-away and in cans, and in the best Pubs in Italy that collaborate directly.
