It is a result that reflects the consistency of our work with hopping and our determination to never stop improving.<\/p>\n<p>Pizzapils\u00ae returns to the podium and confirms the work we do at the Farm with our hops: we are managing to bring out the very best in terms of aroma and character.<\/p>\n<p>What is the Finest Beer Selection? It is an authoritative beer guide inspired by the major wine rating systems (think Parker or Wine Spectator). The Finest Beer Selection was created to provide a reliable point of reference for breweries, industry professionals, and beer enthusiasts.<\/p>\n<p>The competition is organized by two leading institutions in the beer world: Doemens, the only school in the world authorized to award the international Biersommelier qualification, and Meininger Verlag, the German publishing group specializing in the beverage industry.<\/p>\n<p>Its evaluation method is what makes it unique: beers are tasted blind by an international panel of 50 experts, who create a detailed sensory profile for each one.
