Release Pasta Pils<\/h2>\n

We\u2019ve made a new collaboration with our friends at 3 Sons Brewing Co.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s an extra dry-hopped pilsner, with the addition of spaghetti.<\/p>\n

How did this collaboration come about?<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

At the 3 Sons festival, while we were pouring our beers, together with Corey, the head brewer at 3 Sons, we came up with a collaboration inspired in part by the Pizzapils recipe, which had really excited them! A few months later, Pasta Pils was born.<\/p>\n

But is there actually pasta in the beer?<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

Yes \u2014 specifically, spaghetti were added. Dry pasta, during the boil, can release starches that ferment into malty notes, making the beer even crispier.<\/p>\n
