Five years of that project our friend <span class=\"s1\"><b>Lencho<\/b><\/span> calls, with his usual contagious smile, the <i>Capezzolo Project<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Every year, we eagerly wait for the green beans to cross the ocean and arrive at the brewery, ready to be roasted by <span class=\"s1\"><b>Michele from Caffettin<\/b><\/span>. He listens to the coffee as one listens to a story \u2014 with respect and curiosity. His delicate roasting brings out every nuance, transforming the beans into a tale of aromas that ends up in our <span class=\"s1\"><b>Calimax<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">This year, however, is different. It\u2019s the <span class=\"s1\"><b>fifth harvest<\/b><\/span>, a small milestone that reminds us how much this adventure has grown with us. And it will be even more special because <span class=\"s1\"><b>Lencho is coming from Guatemala<\/b><\/span> to pour the first <span class=\"s1\"><b>Calimax 2025<\/b><\/span> with us, in <span class=\"s1\"><b>TapRoom<\/b><\/span> and <span class=\"s1\"><b>Casana<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">We can\u2019t wait to enjoy a Calimax with all of you \u2014 and with our friend Lencho, whose passion reminds us every year why this project is so important.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Calimax<\/b><\/span> is not just a beer or just a coffee: it\u2019s a bond, a ritual, a renewed promise to live fully, with a smile \u2014 to live a <span class=\"s1\"><b>Calimax life<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>When?<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Friday, November 7th<\/b><\/span>, at the sound of the bell, we\u2019ll drink the first <span class=\"s1\"><b>Calimax 2025<\/b><\/span> with Lencho:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>6:00 PM in TapRoom<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>10:00 PM in Casana<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Also available in our online shop and in the best pubs\/venues across Italy that work directly with us<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>Will there be more with Calimax coffee?<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Calimax coffee is the star of our <span class=\"s1\"><b>Coffee Specialty Stout<\/b><\/span>, but it\u2019s not alone.
