It was December 23, 2016, when we introduced our first spontaneous fermentation, BV03, coinciding with the initial collaboration with Stephen and Christina \u2013 the rest is history.<\/p>\n

Starting from today, you can uncork that history until the last available bottle (you can find them all here<\/a>).<\/p>\n
