An experimental hop yard with the goal of exploring new varieties and broadening our horizons. Experimentation and research have always been at the core of our work, and hops are the key ingredient that defines our beers. We take pride in being able to cultivate and use them directly in our brewery, achieving better results each year.<\/p>\n<p>Today, in the fifth year of harvesting our experimental hop developed with in collaboration with Mr. Hop, we are using it as Fresh Hop in both Mundaka Verde and Giant Step Verde.
