Our Tap Room is close to our brewery, it is the space within directly serving out craft beers, the brewery’s soul. We also have experimental beer called “TAP CRAK”. These beers are brewed in small amounts, and they are avaible only at the Tap Room, so you can share your first impressions on new recipes right with us. The 24 taps will be active depend on availability and rotation, because of our focusing on freshness. Good beers pair good food, so our kitchen created Briciola. Briciola is our high-hydration and long-leavening dough made with local stone-ground flours. Each Briciola has different ingredients, most of them came from small local producers.


The TapRoom looks over our Bottaia (wooden barrels). We aged the Cantina’s beers there. This room opens in those evenings that are focused on beer tasting and it opens also for special events.


The TapRoom is not “only” for tasting beers and food. Garage is a place for films, theatre shows, concerts, and whatsoever events to share together.


Outside the TapRoom, we have a garden for those who want to enjoy a beer in the open air

// We choose not to do table service and booking. The TapRoom is a dynamic and interactive place, you could sit at bar, ask suggestions, drink your beer, pick your Briciola, directly speaking to whom created them.
