We don’t take reservations

Analog music selected by human beings, without the help of algorithms but with the help of wine.

Most of the time we play entire albums on vinyl—sometimes just one side, but usually both sides in full.
Sometimes a glass, sometimes a bottle.
For our high-fidelity Hi-Fi system we chose the legendary Klipsch Cornwall 4 speakers, the evolution of the Cornwall series designed in 1959.
They may not be considered the “best” speakers by audiophiles, but they sound uniquely fantastic and, most importantly, they strike the soul.
A generous, powerful sound that you either love or hate without compromise.

The wines we offer are also high-fidelity: either produced by us or by artisan winemakers.
These too you either love or hate without compromise.
We power these great speakers with a hybrid integrated amplifier from Advance Paris:
the sonic warmth of tubes combined with the strength of solid state,
a tube preamp stage (2x ECC81/12AT7) paired with a powerful Class AB amplifier.

With the amplifier paired with the Cornwalls, the voices come to life, and the music is vivid and engaging.

As for you (and us), we nourish you and ourselves with small enamel plates.
These vessels, filled by chef Nicola Cogo, express simplicity and the tradition of the osteria.
And they come to life together with the music and the wine.

For the sets, we use a fully analog Omnitronic Trm 222 Rotary Mixer, equipped with a 3-band master frequency isolator. This mixer offers precise sound control thanks to vintage ALPS potentiometers.

In the fridges, especially for the sets, there’s a mix of Crak beers: some vintage cellar editions and some core line cans.
The turntables are timeless modified Technics 1200s, paired with Japanese Nagaoka mp 110 cartridges, which ensure faithful and precise sound, capable of creating a live atmosphere during listening and an accurate sense of spatial separation between instruments.

Next to the turntables, there’s us—eager to learn how to be hosts and have fun with you.
