Molto Original

A new project begins.

It’s called Molto Original.

It’s still Crak, but closer to where everything begins.

It comes from years of fields, trials, seasons gone wrong and others gone right.
From the time spent understanding how to truly grow what eventually ends up in the glass, in the can.

“Molto” because an ever-growing share of the barley and hops comes from our Farm.
Not all of it. But enough to make a difference.

“Original” because it starts here.
And it carries with it the field, the climate, the vintage.

With the hops, we did something that sounds simple only on paper: we harvested them at different stages of ripeness.

First greener, brighter.
Then riper, broader.

The same plant.

Aromas that evolve with the days and with the field.

Each stage leaves its mark. We tried not to lose any of them.

Molto Original is exactly that:

a series of beers that starts in the field and reaches the can without stretching the distance.

It’s a very new project.

But inside it, there’s a piece of a journey we’ve been on for years.

Closer to the land.
