Imperial Stout con Vaniglia, Cioccolato, Nocciola e Amarena


Merge the heads of more brewers, share ideas, experiment new techniques and new ingredients without limits, cracking the rules, having fun and making what we love making the best of it. This is the goal of these Collaboration Beer.

 CROCCANTE is our new collaboration with Other Half (New York), a brewery that we consider among the best in the world and to which we are very close.

We have created a 10% Imperial Stout with a full body and a very creamy mouthfeel.

Fermented with black cherry and conditioned with the addition of vanilla, cocoa and hazelnut.

The challenge of this collaboration was to create a stout to remember one of the most famous ice creams of our childhood: “A creamy vanilla-flavored ice cream with a soft filling of black cherry, enriched with a covering of lean cocoa with pieces of hazelnuts”.

On the nose, in fact, the notes of cocoa and hazelnut stand out. In the mouth it is soft and creamy with an “amarena” filling that cleans the palate with its light acidity.
