More muscular version of our Giant Guerrilla. We had never gone so far with a DDH Double IPA. Produced with the best hops selected during the last harvest, last October, in the Yakima valley, precisely from Perrault Farm and Loftus Ranches.

GUERRILLA CELEBRATION 2019

NEIPA

Guerrilla Celebration 2019 will be a NEIPA, 7.5% vol., extremely hopped with its well-established hops, Mosaic, Simcoe, Galaxy, celebrated by a massive Citra and Galaxy Double Dry Hop. We selected these hops during the last harvest in Yakima at Perrault Farm e Loftus Ranches.

Guerrilla, for us, is not just a beer, it is the synthesis of our state of being and the message that we want to spread to those who drink it: “Fight for what you believe in, everyone can and must do it!”.

We keep on dressing this celebrative version of Guerrilla cans with six different artworks, each one with a different Guerrilla fist in the foreground, to emphasize once again that Guerrilla is for ALL.

PARTY ANIMALS is our Collaboration Beer with our big friend Mike Murphy of Lervig (Norway).

Party Animals is a Double Dry Hopped Rye IPA, 7% vol., Hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Ekuanot that we hand selected in Yakima (2018 harvest). The addition of rye amplifies the aromatic complexity and roundness of the mouthfeel.

Notes: Our first meeting with Mike? It coincided with our first attendance in a big European brewery festival, the Tallinn Craft Beer Weekend in 2015. Obviously it was a big party, especially with Mike. That’s why “Party Animals”.

PLAIN OF THE PO

DDH IPA

Plain of the PO is a Double Dry Hopped IPA with a low alcohol content, 5.2% vol..

Brewed to be hoppy like a Double IPA and easy drinkable like a Session IPA.

Visually characterised by a marked haziness given by the yeast, Vermont, and by the different hopping technique used that makes it even more explosive, giving it a new mouthfeel, more creamy with an imperceptible bitterness.

P.S .: The label represents the rising and setting of the sun dipped in the typical mist of the Padana plain, recalling the turbidity that characterises this beer

Notes: The name, TAKE ME HOME, is the English “translation” of  “para casa”, a Venetian saying for the last beer before going back home, that beer that, in fact, takes you home.

MIDNIGHT BBQ is our new Collaboration Beer with friends of Sleeping Village.

During the release day of our previous collab, After Sauna, we created MIDNIGHT BBQ, a Spelt IPA, 7.5% vol., characterised by the use of 25% malted spelt that gives it a more pronounced creaminess than the “classic” NEIPA . Hopped with Loral, Citra, Mosaic and Galaxy.

Note: The name celebrates real events, a midnight BBQ in the Norwegian fjords with our friends of Sleeping Village.

Barrel Aged Barley Wine

Mansueto (2017) is a strong full bodied Barley Wine blend from Scotch Whisky barrels (1y) and Caroni Rum barrels (3y).

Note: The name “Mansueto” is a special dedication to our beloved craftsman woodworker, who passed away a few years ago, who taught us the art of wood working, following us step by step during the production of the supports for the barrels that are now in our CANTINA.

AFTER SAUNA is a 5.2% Pilsner born by combining our knowledge gained with the Local Lager and Stephen’s great experience with this kind of beer.

It is not the first time that we collaborate with Stephen Andrews. We’ve known each other since 2015 when we made our first ever collaboration, Stephen was brewer in Nøgne Ø.

We created a beer designed for the after sauna, absolutely mandatory during our trip to Norway.

This beer was produced 100% with the barley grown and malted in Bamberg.

Imperial Stout con Vaniglia, Cioccolato, Nocciola e Amarena

 CROCCANTE is our new collaboration with Other Half (New York), a brewery that we consider among the best in the world and to which we are very close.

We have created a 10% Imperial Stout with a full body and a very creamy mouthfeel.

Fermented with black cherry and conditioned with the addition of vanilla, cocoa and hazelnut.

The challenge of this collaboration was to create a stout to remember one of the most famous ice creams of our childhood: “A creamy vanilla-flavored ice cream with a soft filling of black cherry, enriched with a covering of lean cocoa with pieces of hazelnuts”.

On the nose, in fact, the notes of cocoa and hazelnut stand out. In the mouth it is soft and creamy with an “amarena” filling that cleans the palate with its light acidity.
